Haunted History BC – New Westminster’s Most Iconic Historic Building

Step inside the shadows of New Westminster’s most iconic historic building! We will be hosting an exclusive, one-night only paranormal experience in partnership with @notoriousgreyfox, made possible by the courtesy of the generous owner. Join us Saturday, March 14th from 5pm – 8pm.

The evening begins with chilling history, heritage and ghostly tales within the walls of what was once the BC Pen. Hear stories of the infamous BC Penitentiary Cemetery aka Boot Hill, and legends of the gentleman robber, Billy Miner, who once served time here and was nicknamed The Grey Fox.

During the first hour we bring you stories of history, heritage and hauntings while guests order food and drinks (separate from ticket price).

Then, the true excitement begins. Armed with professional paranormal equipment which we will bring, you will spend the next two hours investigating the building, grounds, and some normally inaccessible areas not open to the public. As usual, we will have raffles, prizes and some extra special giveaways for each guest. Tickets will be limited in order to ensure a personal and quality experience.

The BC Penitentiary functioned for over 100 years, built in 1878 and decomissioned in 1980.

Let’s make history together in 2026. This will be a night to remember and you won’t want to miss it!

Please contact us directly to reserve your spots. Tickets are $38.
